Terms of use
Effective date: 1 October 2026
1. The service
ApexSensei is a practice site for Apex. You write the code. Check and Run grades it in your own Salesforce Developer org, or in the browser when the drill says so. Write Apex and Think in classes are free to Check and Run. The other modules are part of Apex Path.
2. Accounts
You need an account to save progress. You are responsible for the email and password on that account. You can delete the account from your profile.
3. Apex Path
Apex Path is free for 7 days, then $19 a month. Stripe asks for a card to start the trial and processes the payment. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Cancel anytime after that and the next charge stops. Drills you have already passed stay on your account. The pricing page is the current offer.
4. Your Salesforce org
Connecting an org is optional until a drill needs one. Connect sends you to Salesforce. ApexSensei stores that connection so Check and Run can execute the Apex you submit in the org you chose. Production orgs are blocked.
5. Who else handles data
The live app calls these services:
- Stripe, for checkout and the subscription.
- Supabase, for accounts, progress, and sign-in.
- PostHog, for product events. Email, name, and password fields are masked.
- Google Analytics, for page visits.
- Salesforce, for the Developer org you connect.
The privacy policy says what each one receives.
6. Your code and ours
The drills and the site text belong to ApexSensei. The Apex you write is yours. You let us run it for grading and store your drafts.
7. Use of the site
Use the site to practice. Do not attack the grader, other accounts, or an org you do not own. We can suspend an account that does.
8. Changes
Drills can be added or edited. If these terms change, the new date is posted on this page.
