CLI
The command list lives in the Salesforce CLI reference and at /resources/cli. This page does not repeat it.
Where the commands are
The Salesforce CLI reference documents every sf command and flag. ApexSensei keeps a short CLI page at /resources/cli for the commands you use while practicing. That page is not on the site yet. The path is still the one to open.
This guide does not paste a command catalog.
What you already need
Environment setup shows sf org login web for a Developer Edition org or a scratch org. Start there. Use the reference when you deploy or retrieve.
The CLI is not part of the component
The CLI runs on your machine. A Lightning web component does not shell out to it. Log in, deploy the component, and test it in the org.
